Dr. Duncan is a recognized expert in child development, child custody, psychological and neuropsychological assessment, the education of children with disabilities, and other related subjects. Her talents are frequently employed by the courts when she is appointed in a neutral role, such as a parenting coordinator, social investigator, parenting plan facilitator, reunification facilitator, or expert. Dr. Duncan is also frequently asked to perform psychological evaluations of one or both of the parties, or their children, either at the request of counsel or pursuant to order of the court. Dr. Duncan also provides counseling services to children whose parents are in the midst of divorce or other conflict.
