Welcome to the office of Dr. Tashawna K. Duncan in Bradenton, Florida. Dr. Duncan provides psychological services to children and families in Manatee, Sarasota, Desoto, Hardee, Pinellas, Hillsborough and Polk counties. She performs neuropsychological, psychological, and psychoeducational assessments to aid in diagnosis and empirically-based intervention planning, as well as provides individual and family counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Duncan is also a licensed school psychologist and has extensive experience in developing appropriate educational interventions based on the unique needs of each child. She serves as an expert and resource to the courts and parties in a wide range of legal matters, including dissolution proceedings, impartial hearings for children with special needs, and personal injury lawsuits involving brain-injured children. Dr. Duncan is also a family law mediator, parent coordinator, social investigator, parenting plan facilitator, and collaborative family law mental health professional.
